和歌山ラーメンには「車庫前系」「井出系」「うらしま系」と、３系統ありますが。
「山為食堂」はそのどれにも属しません。
骨粉がザラリと残る点で、あえて言えば「うらしま系」ですが。
「うらしま」とは出自、系譜の異なる、オリジナルのイメージ。
価格が他の和歌山ラーメンより圧倒的にお高いのに、行列ができる名店です！
今回は「中華そば」ではなく、あえて「からみそめん」。
麺は「硬め」が推奨です。笑
私は「中華そば」だけでなく「からみそめん」も大好き♪
からみその付いたチャーシューを、ご飯に乗せて食べると絶品です！
今回はスープがややぬるくて残念。
そのため4.5にしましたが、スープさえ熱ければ、5.0にしたい、和歌山ラーメン最高峰の１杯。
他府県のかたにも、ぜひまず１番に訪れていただきたい、和歌山市民自慢のお店♪
