◆高松で屋台をやっていた先代からの味を習得し、1940年にスタートさせた和歌山中華そばの老舗。 |
飲んだ後の〆で、夜遅くまで営業しているこちらに訪問。中華そば700円をオーダー。見た目はオーソドックスな和歌山ラーメン。しかしスープは豚骨が全面に来るのではなく、あっさりとした豚骨醤油ベースに仕上げられており、細麺との相性良く抜群に美味しい。今までも和歌山の有名店を何軒か行ったが、個人的にはここが一番好きかも。ご馳走様でした。
