味は濃厚ですが、くどくはない！
美味いぞ！
麺が緩いのが、昔ながらって感じで良いと思います。
スープはドロドロ！
昔は、濃いって思われたと思います。
醤油の感じが少し強い感じが良いと思います。
ネギがよく合う。
