鶏料理がメインでまずはもも肉炭火焼き。
歯応えしっかりのさつま知覧どりと柔らかい丹波朝霧どりの二択。
今回はさつま知覧どりをチョイス。
しっぅかりと炭の香りがついた噛むほどに味わえるお手本のような炭火焼きでした。
次は種類豊富な自慢のつくね。
店員さんにオススメを聞くと柚子胡椒マヨとの事。
相方がそれをら頼み、私は山葵マヨを。
これがもう、強烈に美味い！
つくねは周りをカリッと焼き上げてあり、中はホクホク。
マヨソースが合う合う。
これは一度食べておきたい味です。
絶品でした。
あとは串焼きを各種オーダーして楽しみました。
こちらもそれぞれの串のクオリティが高く、さすが名店と唸ります。
個室でゆったりだし、オーダーしてからサーブまでが早いし、店員さんの対応もホスピタリティに溢れる温かいもの。
〆はこれまた名物らしき和歌山ちゃんぽん。
お茶碗ちゃんぽんなるものもありましたが、相方とシェアを前提に普通サイズ。
はい美味しい。
野菜もたっぷり乗ってて糖質摂取の罪悪感を和らげてくれます。
スープは豚骨と鶏ガラのWスープで優しく、麺がかなり好みの食感。
和歌山行ったらぜひ、とオススメできる超優良店ですね。
