まず、小生酒飲み体質故、夜は白飯を食うことはあまりなく。
焼肉屋でも、アテばかり注文し、ずっと酒を飲んでいる。
が。
肉が旨いとこうも白飯を欲するのか。
最初はナムルにキムチ、豚足で酒を飲む。
そして
普段あまり食べない赤身の肉もどんどん注文する。
白飯をください。もっと肉を食いたいんです。
それほど、たくさん食べることができる、クセとしつこさのない良い肉。
少し店主と話もしたが、愛想良く丁寧だ。
店も清潔、匂いもかなりつきにくく、
とても気に入っている店だ。
煙もくもく、床ズルズル〜の焼肉屋も好きだが、
シュッとしたスタイルの焼肉店ならここが1番好きである。
