やって来ました和歌山
いろいろなお店を探してみて、検討してみたところ、丸はげが食べたいかも知れない❔ということで、こちらを訪問
満席ではないものの、カウンター席、奥にある座敷にお客さんあり。
さて、始めますか

飲み始めながら、メニューを眺めて、いつも通り刺身系を頼んでみる。
□黒牛 純米酒
先に頼んでおいたものが到着
■造り五種盛り
かつお、シマアジ、ほうぼう、ぶり、赤いか
カツオ、新鮮ですね。
甘みも楽しめる。
シマアジは炙りですかね❔
炙った感が、酒をススメてくれます。
ほうぼう、安定的な白身の美味しさ。
ぶりもOK
赤いか、生姜でキメる

キッドらしい

頭は茹で、その他は生のまま刺身で。

茹でた頭、脚を取りやすいし、身と味噌を食べやすくて(｀･ω･)b

■春焼ハマグリ
大きめとちょい小ぶり。
でも、両方ともイイ汁を出しており、身はブリップリプリ。
肉厚でこりゃ美味しい
まったりと刺身と日本酒を楽しんだのでお会計
