家で、お蕎麦を湯がいて、氷水でサッとしめて、作ったりしますが、やっぱり、お店の味がでないです。乾麺の値段が左右するのかと、少しお高めのお蕎麦を購入して、説明通りにしても、なかなか、うまくいきません。
しばらく外食を控えていましたが、久しぶりに。
そこで、家で失敗を重ねていたお蕎麦に、やっぱり、お店のお蕎麦は美味しいです。
天ざるそばと鴨南蛮そば。間違いのないそばのお味で、やっぱり、お蕎麦は、お店で食べるのが一番と。再認識しました。
