2019年3月 訪問
息子の入学祝にと、両親からの招待でかに道城さんへ。
実家から近いので幼少時からお店の存在は知ってましたが、
今回が初訪問です。
玄関でお店の方のお出迎えを受け、奥のお部屋へ。
すでにお鍋の準備は整っています。
まずは蟹刺しから、
厳選されたズワイガニは身が多くて甘みが強い！
似た名前のかに〇〇にはもう行けなくなります。
お次はかにすきです、
大皿に大量のカニが盛られています、
お野菜もたっぷりです。
お出汁は見た目薄く見えるのですが、
しっかり味が出ていて丁度いい塩加減です。
生もいいですが、お鍋もとてもおいしい、
自宅ではタラバガニの鍋は時々食べますが、
ズワイガニの方があっさりで、幾らでもいけますね。
締めはうどんと雑炊の二種類が続きます。
なのでうどんの量は少なめにしてもらって、
雑炊も味わえるようにしておくのが賢明です。
でもこれだけ食べると動くのが困難になります（笑）
和歌山で山陰の海の幸を堪能できるのは貴重です、
住宅地にありながら長年営業されている理由が分かりました。
