On the first day of my Wakayama trip, I was able to sightsee as planned, so I'm very satisfied (^^)v It was worth taking paid leave (^_-) Tonight's accommodation is Wakayama Marina City Hotel! It is a huge hotel with a striking yellow exterior, located in a corner of the tourist destination, Wakayama Marina City (*゚▽゚*) Porto Europa and Kuroshio Market are also facilities within Wakayama Marina City ( ´ ▽ ` ) After checking in and stopping by a cafe and shop, we headed to tonight's dinner, Italia-Andina-Time Roof (*´-`) We've been waiting for this *\(^o^)/* We were shown to a table seat by the window with a panoramic view of the marina! After an explanation of the course menu, it was time to start! First up is today's entrata‼ ︎ Chilled vichyssoise is served ( ´∀`) The cool potato soup has just the right flavor and is very delicious, and I can't wait for the dishes that follow!! Next up was today's assortment of five appetizers! Chicken roll, marinated salmon, jelly, tomato and mozzarella caprese, and sea bream carpione (°▽°) Each one was fresh and had a strong flavor, and was also very delicious (〃ω〃) Next up was abalone and zucchini spaghetti! ︎It is said to be a specialty dish of Restaurants chef (^-^) The abalone liver sauce, which I tried for the first time, had a mysterious flavor, and as I continued to eat it, I gradually became more and more like a delicious person, Ryoko Yonekura (゚∀゚) My wife, who doesn't like abalone, changed it to a peperoncino with whitebait and okra bottarga (^_^;) The combination of whitebait, okra, and dried mullet roe, a Japanese-style pasta peperoncino version, was just the right amount of spicy and delicious (//∇//) Next up, the fish dish descends (*゚∀゚*) Sautéed Kishu plum snapper Clam broad and dried tomatoes‼︎ The soft snapper goes well with the slightly sweet and sour sauce, and is delicious❗️ Finally, Meat Dishes appears (^_^*) Domestic beef sirloin Steak with white truffle salt‼ ︎ I wonder how many years it's been since I've eaten sirloin (lol) The meat is so soft that you can cut it smoothly with a knife! It's very filling, and when you add truffle salt, it becomes just the right amount of salty, and it goes beyond just delicious, it's the ultimate deliciousness \(//∇//)\ To finish off, we had today's dessert and drink (´∀`) cheesecake, peach panna cotta, milk Gelato!
