2019年10月 訪問
友人たちと訪問しました。
こちらは背もたれが高いソファシートなので、
ゆったりくつろげるのがいいですね。
アメリカンな雰囲気満載のお店でステーキを堪能、
骨付きのお肉はとても大きくなかなかの重量です、
切り分けてさらに付属のプレートで焼いて頂きます。
赤身のお肉は柔らかくておいしい。
追加で別の部位のステーキも頂きました、
部位によって味わいが異なるのがよく分かります、
和牛とは違って少しクセがあるのか、
骨付きの方がおいしいと言う友人も居ました。
私はラム肉なども好きなので気になりませんでしたが。
後に知ったのですが和牛は穀物などを多く与えているため、
クセが少ないそうですね。
サイドメニューも豊富にあり、
深夜までオープンしているので、
がっつりお肉もよし、二次会利用もよしで、
なかなかいいお店だと思います。
