一時期和歌山ラーメンが一世風靡（？）しましたが、地元ではラーメンではなくて中華そばと呼びますね。こちらは豚骨濃いめの井出系と思ってましたが、しっかり醤油でした。ゆで玉子や早ずしの申告制も和歌山スタイル。
