和歌山県立体育館近くの「割烹しまもと」
1階はカウンター7席位？と掘りごたつの個室が3室あります。
宴会ができるお部屋もあるそうです。
以前に訪れた際、2階の個室に通されましたが掘りごたつはなかった‥‥。
以後は予約を入れてお部屋を確保して伺っています。
こちらのお料理は、味はもちろんのこと
季節の素敵なお花があしらわれていたりと見た目にも鮮やかでかつ繊細です。
小食で濃い味付けが苦手な私ですが、程よい塩加減です。
季節の工夫を凝らした先付は品数がとても多く、これだけで満足してしまいます‥‥。

いつも“ハズレ”がなく美味です。
ただ
鮑の塩焼きは肝ソースがかけられていたのですが？？？
