市堀川と和歌山城の間。
城北橋の南詰を東に入って、次の橋の門を南に少し入ったところに、こちらのお店がありました。
たまたま、お店の前を通りかかり、マフィンの看板を見つけ、気になったのでそのまま訪問。
お店の中に伺うと、元気な年配の女性がチャキチャキ、テキパキした接客で、とても感じがよく、とりあえずオススメのマフィンをあれこれ全部購入。
オススメは甘夏を使ったあまなっちゃんと可愛いネーミングのマフィンで、早速ちょっと良い紅茶を淹れていただくと、甘いだけでなく、甘夏の皮の渋みがしっかりあり、可愛い甘夏のシールとは裏腹、渋みもあら大人な味で、紅茶もいいけど、ウィスキーとかお酒にも合いそう。
ナッツやプレーンなど、色々買いましたが、他は油断してる間にツレが食べちゃったので、また次回たくさん買って、その辺りもあじみしたいな。と、思います。
