金曜の夜8時30分頃なのに、店に入ると客は私一人。コロナのせいなのでしょうか。どこに座ろうかと思っているとサービス担当の女性が無言で手を横に。（端の席に座れ、ということやね）と気分はダウン。このサービス担当の女性は、食事中3回私に「追加注文ありませんか」と無表情で聞いただけ。この人は、こういう愛想を出せない性格の人なんだ、と思っていたら、カウンターの中でマスターに話をしてにっこりと笑いかけている。さらにマスターはラストオーダーまで30分もあるのに私が食べている前でガタガタと片付けを始める。なんじゃこれは？そんなに邪魔やったら「今日は店を閉めますので」と最初に一言言ってくれたらええやん・・の世界でした。
さて料理です。キッシュ。中身がベタベタしてあまり美味しくない。トリッパの煮込みは普通、美味しい。ジェノベーゼ。瓶のペースト？油こてこてすぎ。けっこうな値段を取るのだから、バジルの葉から作るくらいの意欲が欲しい。
この店は、イタリアンの名店の主人が「一度行ってみて」と言ってくれたのできたのだけれど。紹介者の顔を潰してはいけません。
どの店もコロナで大変とは思います。そういう状況に負けず真っ当な店でいて欲しく思います。
