紀三井寺駅の西口から徒歩3分ほど 国体道路沿いにあって
昔ながらの町の中華料理店らしい 少しくたびれた感がある
席はテーブル席 小上がり席で20席ほど ランチタイムに訪問
ランチメニューは 定食 ラーメンとのセットで10種類ほどある
注文は ピリ辛中華そば＋小チャーハン 800円
中華そばは ビジュアル的にはかなり黒い
麺は中華そばらしい カンスイ多めのもっちり麺
スープは醤油味がしっかりとしていて 思ったよりは本格派
そう辛く無い唐辛子がたっぷりとかかっており
風味が良い もやしがたっぷりでシャキシャキ感も
あって良かった
チャーハンは 油多めのベッチャリとしたチャーハン
味は結構塩分が高く濃い 小ながらも量は多い
次 来る機会があるかどうかはわからないが
今度は普通の定食を頼んでみようと思う
