焼鳥屋さん数々あれど、斗里屋さんの味には、何か不思議なる力がありそうです。
先ずは付きだし、数が出てしまわないうちの付きだしは絶品、めちゃめちゃ豪華な品でも無いのですが、シンプルにビミョーに美味しい♪
串もの
焼鳥はもちろん、牛ばら串、豚ばら串もオススメ、つくねは賛否両論。
お造り
しょうが味とポン酢味の両方が味わえるささみの造りも良いけど、生ギモは逸品。
鶏もも焼き
たれ焼き、塩焼き、バター焼き、チーズ焼き、ガーリック焼き。
丁寧にタレに付けて焼いたタレ焼きは香ばしく、塩も独特にパリっと、バターは味がしみ込んで、チーズは風味が宜しく、ガーリックはたっぷり付いてて、結局どれも美味しい。
ご飯や香物
おにぎりはシンプルさと心が染み込み、焼きおにぎりはタレ焼きで中までしっかり満足感、お漬物やお味噌汁はビールのアテにも成り得ます☆
