夕刻、18:00に来店。
まだ客はおらず、店内隅々まで見渡すことができましたが、キレイでよく整理整頓されて気持ちいい。
まず、レバ刺しとササミたたきが出てきました。味は、最高ランクで、レバ刺しは青ネギと白髪葱が絶妙のバランスで添えられ、またササミも程よく霜降られ、やわらかさ、味ともに癖などなく新鮮だからこその味。
メインの焼きは、タレは濃くも無く薄くも無くキレの良いバランスの取れた味。
焼き加減は、炭火独特の強火により、周りはカリッと中はジューシーで、焼き方さんが丁寧に手を入れてました。
特に肝が美味しく、やわらかさ、歯ごたえも言う事なし。
ただひとつ難点は、若鶏の唐揚げが残念で、カラッと揚がってないどころか、ふにゃふにゃで何なん？って思いました。
1時間もすると、店内は家族連れや友人同士などでいっぱいになり、またゾクゾクとバイトらしき店員が来られ、活気ある状態になってました。
またリピートしたいお店です。
