出先のランチタイム、麺系で軽めにとググって見つけた当店、外からの見かけも良さげだったんで、そそくさと入店。駐車場もすぐ側にあったしね。
結果、手打ちの看板に偽り無し、もちもちアルデンテの歯応えで、和歌山でお気に入りのうどん屋さんが見つかって良かった。
オーダーは、天ざるうどん。暖かいのも色々あって迷ったが、ここは変化球を求めず、正統派で攻めてみた。
供されて眺めると、お皿に載せられたおうどんが、きしめんの様に平たいのが特徴です。いただけば形は気にならず、ただただ顎が疲れるくらい、硬めに茹で上がったおうどんをいただくのみ。
たくさん盛られた天ぷらの揚げ具合も塩梅良く、濃い目のお汁に漬けていただくと、野菜もキスや海老なども、素材の味をしっかり感じる。
ごっちゃんでした。また和歌山に仕事が入りそうなので、再訪できる日が来れば、次回は暖かいおうどんをいただきたい。
