昼のみ営業、スーパーウジタ経営のセルフ食堂。
ちょっとお高め、しかし、味は良い。
そんなまかない亭です。
肉、魚、野菜。
洋風、和風、中華。
そのすべてが家庭料理的味付け。
色とりどりの惣菜が立ち並ぶさまは壮観。
鼻を刺激する香り、耳に入り込む音、そのすべてが食欲をそそります。
店内はカウンターとテーブルが均等に配置。
独り者でも、家族連れでも遠慮することなく入れる店作りはよいですね。
熱いほうじ茶と水が配備されています。
野菜のかき揚げ、茄子の田楽、甘酢かけ肉団子、卯の花。
そして、御飯大盛。
汁物もつけようと思えばつけられます。
野菜のかき揚げは一口大。
これを大根おろしの入った天ツユに沈めて御飯に乗せて食べる。
美味しいんだ、この味のなじみ具合と、揚げの食感が。
とりあえずのメインはこいつ。
あと、ぼくの中の定番である茄子田楽。
田楽に目がないんですよね。
そして、卯の花と甘酢かけ肉団子で残った御飯をかきこむ。
こういう飯屋ではどのオカズにどれだけの御飯を割り当てるのかが楽しいです。
