カフェ＆ベーカリー「カテリーナ」のパンはホテルベーカリーでの手作り。
毎日、早朝からパン職人達がパンを焼いています。テイクアウトだけでなく、カフェでもお召し上がりになれますし、「カーロ・エ・カーラ」のお食事の際にも登場いたします。 |
海南の海沿いでリゾート感が魅力のマリーナシティホテルにて、1階にカフェがあります。
ホテルの店内にもラウンジ的なカフェ席があって高貴な雰囲気が出ていて良いのですが、
やはり外にある屋根下のテラスから見る芝生とボートにパームツリーがあるマリーナの風景が最高。
パンをひとつの名物としていて、食パンやクロワッサン、そして焼き菓子もあります。
一方でホテルシェフ特性のカットケーキも10種類ほどあり、カラメル使用など見た目も良さげ。
500円前後でカフェドリンク系も揃い、ケーキセットもあるため優雅にテラスカフェを楽しめます。
⚫フラペリッチ キャラメルクリームラテ 702円
夏のメニューで、キャラメルマキアートとミルクを合わせたフローズンドリンク。
トップに乗った生クリームは味わい良くて一口食べるごとに美味しくて、チョコソースがけも良好。
シャリシャリのフローズンですが、溶けていくと程よく甘いカフェラテとして美味しいです。
トールサイズ気味のグラスがリゾート的。
午後に日光が差し込みつつも基本は日陰なので暑すぎず、ほんとにいい時間を過ごすことができました。
