お店はオーソドックスな中華料理屋さんという雰囲気です。
入店すると愛想のいいお店の方の声『いらっしゃいませー！』と。
この言葉だけでホッとするのです。
特に初めてのお店は。。。
中華料理屋さんでは麺以外の中華の食事メニューをオーダーしたいのですが
すこぶる寒い日でしたので温まる担担麺が恋しい～。
出来上がった担担麺は胡麻の香りが立ち上がります、
ピリ辛度が高い方です、私好み。赤いスープは乳白ではなく澄んでいます。
ピリ辛の中にも甘味があり美味しいスープです。
豚ミンチやネギ、モヤシ、玉ねぎ、野菜がたっぷり。
コスパは最高ですね。
その他中華メニューもたくさんあり、中でも
フカヒレあんかけ炒飯やオムライスもメニューで見つけました。この次の楽しみですね。
お店の方の笑顔や遅くまで開いているのも嬉しいサービスです。
