知り合いから美味しいよ〜て教えてもらって初訪問。
赤いテーブルに赤い椅子、蛍光灯がもう雰囲気出てました。
メニューを隅から隅まで眺めても、定番料理しかありません！！！
何を選んでも大丈夫よー、と言われてるみたい。
ここは、八宝菜，唐揚げ、回鍋肉、ごはん（大）でいきます。
厨房はおひとりで回してるのか、ちょっと時間がかかりましたが…鍋を振る音、唐揚げが揚がる音、にんにくの香りを楽しみながら待ちました。
唐揚げは下味がしっかりついてます。ニンニクはやっぱり美味しい。唐揚げのタレがついてます。
黒酢かな、甘酸っぱくて美味しい。
ビールが進む。
八宝菜は白菜がトロリと甘くて、人参、ぶなしめじ、キクラゲ、イカやウズラの卵、具沢山でした。
熱々なので要注意です。
回鍋肉は甜麺醤のタレがからみ、ご飯が足りない…甘辛いけど、豚の脂身や旨み，キャベツの甘みがまとまってます。
今度は昼を狙います。
