父の通院の付き添い後にお決まりの
昼ご飯に行くかと誘われて病院近くの
王将和歌山掘止店に初訪問です。
王将ならば好きな、こってりラーメンと
炒飯で父はジャストサイズの炒飯と
醤油ラーメンのオーダーです。
待ち時間も短く、全て同じタイミングで
配膳され、ありがたいです。
どちらかを半分くらい食べてやっと
もう一品が登場という飲食店があるなか
好感度良しの提供タイミングでした♪
今回は忘れずにお願いした麺硬めで
こってりスープが絡み美味しいラーメン。
おろしニンニクの風味も癖になります。
炒飯はしっとりながらお米はパラパラで
しっパラという感じでしょうか。
お味は王将安定の美味しさです。
最後に父の醤油ラーメンのスープをひと口
中華料理のラーメンスープっぽく無く
多少、車庫前系の醤油ラーメンの
スープに似てるような気もします。
美味しかった、ごちそうさまでした。
