After the family gathering on the second day, the Tokyo group left, and my family was staying another night, so we went in a different direction to meat than the day before. This restaurant is close to Wakayama Station. We entered the restaurant around 5:30 p.m., so the restaurant was still sparsely populated and we were shown in right away. Well, we ordered the usual namul and kimchi, starting with tongue. Assorted namul. The overall taste was quite sweet, but there was also some sea bream, which was good. The kimchi had a good balance of sweetness, richness, and a little spiciness, which was quite good. Then came the grilled dishes. First up, tongue. Oh! Good texture and good fat. This is a great value for money!! Next, chicken gizzard. Plenty of salt sauce. The pepper was quite effective. Thigh meat. It was thigh meat, and I was expecting it to be lean, but it had quite a lot of marbling lol. It was smooth, but still quite fatty, so it was a gap between what I had imagined and what it was. Oh, it was delicious. Kalbi. This is a classic, so you can rest assured. The dipping sauce was a little sweet, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was okay. Thank you for the meal.
