He found a charcoal grilled yakiniku restaurant. As expected. A charcoal Yakiniku (Grilled meat) was placed on the table. If you sit facing each other, you can't see each other's faces. We ordered: tongue 880 yen, top loin 1680 yen, top skirt steak 1480 yen, and hiuchi 1280 yen. The charcoal was red hot, so my face got hot immediately. The tongue was quite thinly sliced. In fact, the plate was a little see-through. It was cooked in an instant. The tongue is important for its crispness, so I wish it was a little thicker. The top loin had good marbling. Yes, one slice is enough. I'll let my companion, who is an avid loin lover, eat the rest. Personally, I like the amount of marbling in the hiuchi. So I enjoyed the hiuchi. It was soft and tasty.
