５年前ぐらいから食べログを見て行ってます。地元からは、高速で小一時間かかるところにある焼肉屋「備」さん。
なので年に1.2回ぐらいしか行けてませんが
家族4人で食べに行ってました(*^_^*)
ここのシマチョウが、たまらなく旨い！
そんなに食べ歩いてはないですが、1番旨い！
がしかし
先日、久々に行ってみると
いつからか お肉全般値段が上がったのかな？
まぁ元々リーズナブルな価格だったし特に問題はありません♪( ´▽｀)
赤身は、良い肉を使っていると思います！
上を頼まなくても旨いです！（貧乏なので）
上ハラミ、ロース、カルビ、ツラミ、塩タンは美味しく頂きました！
盛り付けも何か豪華になりました！(◎_◎;)

1番お勧めしたいシマ腸が…∑(ﾟДﾟ)
変わっていました orz
前は片面だけ焼いて、臭みもなく噛んでも柔らかく肉厚もあるのに固くはなく、脂がすごくのっていて溶けると飲み込む。こんな感じでしたが
今回たべたのは、肉厚もなく脂も薄くとにかく固かった(>_<)アゴが痛くなるほど(;^_^A

僕はシマチョウ（テッチャン）が好きなので
あのシマチョウがまた食べれる様になってほしいと思い投稿です(^^;;
