Misono Baru is a shop located in the Misono shopping district, about a 3-minute walk from the west exit of JR Wakayama Station. I visited on a night while staying in Wakayama in mid-January. The restaurant has a total of 14 seats including counter seats and table seats. I took a seat at the end of the counter seat. The shop was run by two friendly people, the master and a woman. Look at the menu on the table. Of course, when I looked at the wine list to try some wine, I found a sparkling wine from Yuasa Winery and thought it would be nice to drink wine from Wakayama. I decided to get a bottle of Takaume Red Bottle (370 ml) (2000 yen). For snacks, I ordered ``Kumano Pork Sausage'' (600 yen) and ``3 Kinds of Cheese Assortment'' (900 yen). ``Kokuka Kishu Nanko Plum Red'' has a nice aroma of plums, a slightly sweet and sour taste, and when combined with red wine, it becomes rich and delicious (^^) ``Assortment of 3 types of cheese'' has gouda, cheddar, It came with 4 kinds of camembert and another crunchy cheese Senbei (rice crackers). I enjoyed each aroma and taste, and it was the perfect snack to go with the wine. The more you bite into the ``Kumano Pork Sausage'', the more you can enjoy the aroma and juicy taste.It was also a perfect accompaniment to wine. We had some wine available, so that's what we paid for that day. It was a wonderful bar where even first-time visitors could enjoy themselves in a good mood (^^♪ Thank you for the meal.
