ご当地和歌山県醤油発祥の湯浅の醤油や味噌を使っている店です。
でも京都のお店の様ですが。
メニューには湯浅白醤油ラーメン、湯浅黒醤油ラーメン、金山寺味噌ラーメンとあります。
私の食べたチャーシューメンは醤油ラーメンでしたが、メニューからは湯浅の醤油を使っているかはわかりませが、旨いラーメンでした。
醤油の香りが有り、スープはしっかり醤油が角張って甘味もあります。
チャーシューにあまりパンチが無い分、スープに絡めて食べると絶品です。
麺はスープがしっかり絡むストレートで、ツルっと歯応えと喉越しの良いものでした。
久しぶりに旨い醤油ラーメンを頂けて良かった。
