Kingyo-san is located in Janjan Yokocho, an area lined with shops, and today is the festival at Janjan Yokocho. I happened to see it posted about it when I was looking at Instagram. Come to think of it, I happened to come to Kingyo-san during the festival last year, so I came back this year. Kingyo-san has expanded and grown a lot since it first opened. Because it was a festival, the restaurant was very busy. I happened to be able to sit in a seat that happened to be empty. We immediately toasted with beer! The price was reasonable, but the glasses were small. I didn't have much of an appetite, so I ordered a cheese and cracker platter and a platter of four kinds of sausages. The sausages were German chorizo, basil and lemon, and smoked apple. The cheeses were Camembert, smoked Caprice, and Gorgonzola. The menu is extensive and they are very popular. Thank you for the meal.
