お店はJR和歌山駅前です。本店は南海電鉄 和歌山市駅からちょっと歩く必要があるので行きやすいです。
和歌山ラーメンのお店ですが、和歌山ラーメンといっても典型的なパターンがあるわけではなさそうです。
このお店の和歌山ラーメンは醤油ラーメンです。
しかも日本の醤油発祥の地、和歌山・湯浅の湯浅醤油を使った”紀州湯浅吟醸醤油ラーメン”です。
テーブルにラーメンが届くと、スタッフの方がラーメンの上にシュシュッと湯浅醤油をかけてくれます。
醤油の香りが気持ちいいです～
醤油でスープが辛いかと思えば、そんなことはなくとても優しいスープです。
それがちぢれ麺に絡んで美味いです。そして、後味に醤油がツンと来て、いままでにない醤油ラーメンだなという感じ。
といわけで、基本的には本店と同じなのですが、少し本店のほうが美味しい気がします。
もちろんどちらも美味しいです。
