JR和歌山駅すぐにある『麺屋ひしお』和歌山駅前店さん。店内はカウンター席が無くテーブル席のみですが、2人席が多いのでおひとり様でもゆっくりできる空間です。
本日オーダーは醤油発祥の地とされている和歌山県湯浅町の醤油を使った「紀州湯浅吟醸醤油ラーメン¥740」に生卵+¥90をトッピング！
ラーメンスープは見た目真っ黒でめっちゃ濃そうです。でも一口飲んでびっくり！！全然濃くない！いや、濃いことは濃いんだけど、嫌な濃さじゃないのかな。醤油のキレがめちゃ良いですね。歯切れの良い麺にもよく合っています。着丼すぐに追い香りでシュっとしてくれる演出も心憎い。香りがたっていて食欲が増しますw 焦がしタマネギや辛味噌、メンマの上の粉鰹でそれぞれ味変ができるのも面白いね。トッピングで生卵を注文して正解でした。最後まで味変が楽しめますよw チャーシューは味を主張しないけど、肉の深い旨味が醤油に負けていない。スープが濃い醤油だからこそのチャーシューって感じがします。一緒に食べると相乗効果で抜群に美味い。これはトッピングに追加案件ですw
接客対応も丁寧で良き。冷やし中華も始まってるようなので次はこれも食べたいですね。
