和歌山出張時に伺いました！
店員さんに1番人気メニューをお伺いしたところ、紀州湯浅吟醸醤油ラーメンにもやしと生卵トッピングとのことでしたので、そちらをオーダー
北海道民の私としては、ラーメンに生卵というのが初のことでした！
店員さん曰く、醤油が濃いので生卵で中和するのだとか。
見た目は濃そうに見えますが、食べたらそんなに濃くなく、生卵なしでも食べれましたが途中味変しながら頂きました
