昔の繁華街「ぶらくり丁」とクロスして北へ行くとおりに築地通りがあります。その川を越えて一本東に飲食店が並んでいるとおりがあります。
ここも新陳代謝が激しく、しばらく行かないと新しい店ができておりました。
えべっさんという焼鳥のお店です。朝びき鶏のお店、とワタクシを誘惑します。
「えべっさん」というのは七福神の一人戎様の愛称です。商売の神様として１月１０日には多くの人が参拝する人気の神様です。
日が長くなってきて、まだ明るいうちからお店に入ります。
お店の方々は総じてお若いです。
とりあえずドリンク、ジンジャーハイにしましょう。
焼鳥は、一本ずつ注文できることを確認して、せせり、ずり、皮、ひね鶏、ハツをたのみます。全部塩でお願いします。一本150円です。焼鳥としてはやすい方でございましょう。
そして、唐揚を頼みましょう。焼鳥屋の唐揚ですから、きっと、もも肉を使っていることでしょう。そうです、ムネモモ問題です。
つきだしはマカサラ、マカロニサラダです。
唐揚がやってきました。
さてムネモモ問題はどうでしょう？
大正解でした。ちゃんともも肉を使ってます。
マヨネーズにしてはナンかちょっと色が練乳っぽくて透明感があるのがかかってます。ちょっと甘めでした。大粒の唐揚がごろごろと入っていたのでございました。
焼鳥がやってきます。一つ一つの肉が小さめです。
しかし、どれもかなりいい感じの焼け方です。大将が若いので侮っていてすみません。しっかりと修行されたのでしょう、塩加減もいい感じです。
特にセセリの弾力ときたら、食べていてうれしくなってきます。
あまり、いえ、全く高級なお店には行かないワタクシですが、和歌山城近辺の焼鳥屋さんはどのお店もレベルが高いです。
1950円なり。
