第二阪和国道を降りてチョロチョロと走ったこちら。
天津飯好きをソワソワモンモンさせるこの看板、前回和歌山出張時に通りがかってて以来ずっと気になっており、ようやく訪問。
開店直後11時チンに第一客で入店。
・シックでオシャレ的な内装、元々某焼き鳥チェーン店だったのかなって雰囲気。
カウンター4、2人掛け×2と小上がり3卓、Pは店前にややタイトな2台とコインPのサービスもあるようです。
・夕焼け天津飯 ¥590
なんとも言えない、カフェオレのような色の餡がたっぷり。
味素材ウンチクは苦手なので上手く言えませんが、主観では鶏白湯スープを餡にしたような、なんとも言えない奥深いお味、美味い！
具はネギと少量のカニカマ？
潔い。
オレンジ卵と言う何やら特別な卵らしく、確かに色が濃ゆかったです。
夜は居酒屋にもなるのかな？
清潔感は良いかと言われると何とも言いにくいので、気にされる方は少しアレかも。
とりあえず美味しかったです、ご馳走様でした！
