平日夜にむさ苦しい♂×３で利用しました。
席のみ予約して、鶏鍋ほか適当に一品を注文。
朝びきの新鮮な赤鶏云々謳ってはりますが
確かに鶏は新鮮でした。
肝など生系もすばらしく新鮮でしたし
お鍋に使われる鶏も
プリプリで新鮮そのもの。
つくねを頼もうとすると「焼き用が無く、生用だけしかない」とのこと。
生つくね？
試しに頼むと、新鮮な白身魚の刺身を思わせるような、甘みのある生つくねが供されました。美味！
焼き鳥は、もう少しコクのあるタレでも
良いかも、と思いましたが
鶏が新鮮なので、あっさり食べたい方には
マッチするかも知れません。
素材は和歌山でも指折りだと思います。
