1年ほど前(2014年)にオープンした鶏料理屋さん。
湯浅町・太田養鶏場の直営だそう。
ご店主自ら毎朝、紀州鴨＆赤鶏を捌くので
希少部位の提供もある。
JR和歌山駅東口すぐ徒歩３分ほどの便利な立地。
「オオトヨビル」の２階にあるお洒落なお店さん。
営業時間は１７時～２４時
(L.O２３時。ドリンクは２３時半)
店内は照明を落としたシックな雰囲気。
カウンター席１０くらい？に、個室もあるそう。
厨房のスタッフは若くて活気がある。

最近、この付近を時々うろついている私、、、(笑)
先日、他店に行った時にここも気になっていた。
あまりお腹は空いていなかったけれど
軽く飲んで串を頂こうかしら？と店前まで行くと
980円の一人鍋セットの案内。。。
鴨鍋・鶏鍋に一品が付いててハイボールかビールで980円。。。
お手軽な感じがして、ちょっとお試しに入りやすいし、、、良いな～。
2階に上がる階段、、、
お店の入口のフロアに着くと、そこには同じく980円の串のセットの案内。
それも良いな。。。
どっちにするか考えつつ、入店。
お洒落な感じの店内＆厨房に、若いイケメンスタッフが４～５人♡
カウンター席に座り、メニューを眺める。
上記に書いたようにご店主が自ら朝引きなさってるそうで
お刺身とか期待出来そう！
●頂いたお料理や感想
お鍋にも惹かれたが、今回は「お任せ串の９８０円セット」（税別）
内容は、
「串2本、赤どりタタキ、一品、ハイボール(ビールも可)」
この日の一品は、案内では枝豆と書いてあったが
供されたのは肝やずりの煮たのだった。
赤鶏タタキも、一品(肝やずりの煮たの)も、美味しい。
お任せの串はネギマとせせり。これも焼き加減よくタレも塩加減も◎！o^.^o
他にも、メニューを見てたら、食べたいのがいっぱいある！
鶏のお刺身が大好きな私。。。
カモ肉も好き～♡
