「番長」ではない。。。
鳥と海鮮とお野菜を炭火で焼いて供して下さる。
和歌山の地酒が豊富。

少し飲み足らず、小腹がすいてひとりで訪問。ｗｗｗ
店前にはメニュー等の案内はないが
ガラス戸なので店内の様子が少しわかり、良さげな気がする。
入店。
カウンター席に座り、卓上や壁に貼ったメニューを眺める。
和歌山の地酒が色々。
日本酒好きは嬉しい～♡
お話を伺うと、鳥と海鮮のお店で
焼き物は炭火焼きやインド窯で焼いて下さるそう。

＊先ずは日本酒の女性に人気らしい炭酸入り。700円
なみなみと注いで下さってシュワシュワと軽く美味しい。
＊海鮮、、、やっぱりお刺身ね～。1380円
盛り合わせ、、、３種類。
ハモの上に金山寺味噌は、和歌山やなぁ～と思う。
美味しいね。
＊焼き物、、、名物ケンチキ、、、インド窯で焼くって何？
骨付き鶏モモ肉で２種のお味。
赤は２５種のスパイスブレンドでスパイシー、
白はお塩＆ガーリックのベーシックなお味だそう。880円
白を頂く。待つこと暫し。
こんがり良い匂い。
骨付き、、、手づかみでかぶり付くのが好き～♡
美味しい～！
骨の周りのお肉って、旨みが濃いって言うのか、、、
こういう時には、ザラザラの猫の舌が欲しい！！！

搾り立て純米吟醸「雑賀」、、、和歌山らしいネーミングやな。
柔らかい味わい。690円。

まだオープンなさって１年くらいだそう。
一人でも数人でも、海鮮や鶏料理が楽しめるし
日本酒、、、それも和歌山の地酒が沢山あるのが嬉しい。
飲みをメインでも、お料理と共にでもどちらでもOK。
接客も感じ良く、一人でフラッと入店も居心地良く
