和歌山県海南市
道の駅 海南サクアス
がグランドオープンと言うことで海南市まで行ってました。大阪までの帰りに以前から気になっていた和歌山市の
「ヴォーノ ナポリ 和歌山駅店」
に寄ってみました。
お店の外観はとても雰囲気がよく美味しい予感しかしません。
店内に入ると外観と同じくとてもお洒落でいい。
店は2階にも食べれるスペースがあります。
私は1階のテーブル席に案内されました。
ランチがありますが、メニューを見るとどれも美味しそうで迷います。
注文したのは
「ナポリの定番 マルゲリータ」
「ぷりぷり海老のアンチョビペペロンチーノ」
そして
「カールスバーグ（生）」
ランチなのでサラダとドリンクも付いてます。
マルゲリータはフレッシュなトマトソースがのっています。
生地も柔らかくチーズもいい。
2人でシェアしたのですがペロリと食べました。
マルゲリータの出来もかなりの物ですが、
ペペロンチーノには驚きました。
過去1くらいの味です。
パスタの茹で加減、絡み具合、こんなの家では無理だな、
なんて思いながらこれもペロリといただきました。
また行きたい。
食べた後でもそう思わせる。
とても美味しゅうございました。
