和歌山駅前の広い通り沿いに「精進カフェ」との看板を発見、後日散歩中の軽食に利用させて貰おうとグーグル様に道案内を請いますと場所は違いましたが同系列店の此方に誘導されました。
精進=シャカーハール>>>カレーだろう!と発想の偏ったおっさんは野菜カレーを注文、野菜は天ぷらになったものがトッピングされているタイプでしてこれは若干自分の好みからはハズレて居りました。ルーは甘めでしたが、十分美味しい出来でした。野菜カレーに付いて来たサラダのドレッシングはインド料理店でおなじみの人参ドレッシング出はなく日本で一般的な酸っぱめの味付け、コンブチャと紹介された食前酒風の飲料は海藻の昆布とは無関係な甘い飲み物でした。
デザートにお願いしたかき氷(冷し飴風味)は、過日頂く機会のあった奈良のかき氷との食べ比べのつもりです。シャリシャリ食感の昔からのイメージ通りのかき氷でした。涼しく美味しかったですよ。
