美味しいお肉、おまかせがお得かなッ。
友達のお友達の食通さんにお肉が美味しいと教えて頂きまして早速訪問しました。
メニューに有るおまかせを注文してそれから単品を選んだ方が良いよ、
と通が仰ったのでそのようにさせて頂きました。
2人でしたがおまかせ4~5人前6800円を
イチボ、カイノミ、中落カルビ、上ハラミ、上ロース、上バラです。
上肉が入っているのが嬉しいです。
上ロース上バラが特に美味しかった。
ただお口の中でとろけるというのは無かったので
単品で注文しなきゃならないですねッ。アハッ。。。
後にホルモン盛り合わせと焼き野菜盛りを注文しました。
ホルモンも下処理が良くて特有の匂いも無くプリプリです。
コリコリやタンスジ、ココロが入ってるのが嬉しい～、
写真に収めたホルモン盛りはレバーとタンスジの表記が逆ですね。
ドリンクは250円のウーロン茶やオレンジジュース計４杯。安い！
焼肉タレも3種どれもいい塩梅でした。
無煙ロースターなので匂いが付くく事もないのが嬉しいです。

I didn't have much time and was just a little hungry, so I went in early in the evening without a reservation. You were lucky. But there are already customers inside the store. It's a popular store. I forget what the course was, but it was 3,377 yen per person including drink and ice cream. All of the beef in this course was delicious. If it was hearty, I might have added a little more, or I might have chosen a course with plenty of meat. It seems like it would be better to make a reservation, as customers were coming to Tsugihe next time.
