I visited during lunch time when I went out for business. I arrived just after 11:30, but I couldn't get a seat in the first round, and after waiting for about 40 minutes, I was able to be seated in the second round. I ordered Beef Cutlet of normal thickness and the rice of normal size. The batter on Beef Cutlet is thin and the meat is rare. Grill it to your liking on a ceramic plate and eat it. It feels more like eating Steak than Beef Cutlet. There are four types of sauce: original, rock salt, wasabi, and soy sauce. The rice is barley rice. It also comes with grated yam, so I added it to the barley rice. My partner added the original sauce to the barley rice and seemed satisfied.
