お腹もすいてきたしご飯食べよ♡と
いうことになり家族みんなお魚好きなので
こちらたんととさんに決定(^_-)-☆
鯖の紀州煮定食
とろ鯵開き定食

をみんなでいただきました
お店イチオシのとろ鯵の開きは
お皿からはみ出すほど大きく
身がブリブリで、とてもいい香りがします
こんなに新鮮でりっぱな鯵の開きは
今まで見たことがありませんΣ(ﾟдﾟ;)
わたしが頼んだ鯖の紀州煮定食は
鯖の切り身が二切れ梅と煮てあり
後味もさっぱりとした優しい味付け
お豆腐とよく染みた大根が添えられています
若夫婦に鯖一切れとみんなに大根を
あげたりしてもお腹いっぱいです╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
店先でとろ鯵や鯖の干物を販売していたので
次回はこのとろ鯵を買って帰ろうと思いました
ちなみにサイドメニューのとろろ汁100円ですが
とっても美味しいのでぜひオススメします♡

9月1日から始まったという「期間限定満腹定食」のメニューが目に入ってきます！

栗豚と秋ナスの陶板味噌焼き定食！

卵焼きも付いてますよぉ♡
栗豚は栗を食べて育った豚とのこと
イベリコ豚のベジョータはドングリを食べて育つと聞きます
え～っ栗ならもっとすごい？
「通常の豚と比べ霜降りが多く肉質はジューシィで柔らか」と謳っています
まぁ、最近はどこへ行っても土地名物の牛やら豚やらであふれていますから
栗豚と言われても驚きません
ほんのり甘めの味噌がご飯によく合って美味♡
陶板焼きってそれだけでシチュエーションが豪華になってウキウキ♫
器って大切ですよね
個別の鍋だったり、蒸し器だったり、ストウブとかキャセロールとか登場するだけで
テンションＵＰになっちゃいますよ～(○´艸｀)♪
