やっぱりこの店の干物は絶品です ＾ｗ＾
久々に訪れて私は前回と同じくとろ鯖定食を注文、
家内は今回サワラの西京焼きを頼む事に致しました、サワラの味付けは京風の上品なものでした。
トロ鯖は焼き加減も脂の乗りも抜群で、文句なしの満点ですが
青森八戸前おき鯖一夜干しも一度試してみたいですねぇ(^o^)/
私は未だ牛タンは食べてませんが、やはりこの店は干物の旨さだけでも十分だと思います！
コストパフォーマンスを考慮しても、和歌山ミオの中ではこの店は絶対に外せませんねｗ
唯一つ味噌汁にもう少し力を入れては貰えませんかねぇ？ あまり出汁の旨さを感じないのです。
仙台味噌を使うとか出汁に煮干を使うとか工夫するようにお願い出来ませんかね？
味噌汁さえレベルアップすれば、漬物も旨いのだからこの店はもう完璧なんですけどねぇ．．．

知り合いのブログ記事を参考に今日ランチを食べに行って参りました ＾ｗ＾
ＭＩＯの５階に有りますが、要するに近鉄百貨店の５階なんですけどね＾＾；
昼時はとうに過ぎてはいたのですがそれでも店内はほぼ満席状態で、
いかにこの店が多くの方から支持され繁盛しているかがよく分かりましたね！
ただ荷物を置く場所が無かったのでカゴが有っても良いのではと思いました。
初めての注文は私はトロ鯖塩焼き定食￥890を頼んでみました、
家内は特大鯵フライ定食同じく￥890+トロロも注文ですｗ
この店のご飯は麦ご飯ですが全然パサパサしておらず、
いやそれどころかモッチリしてて噛めば噛むほど味が出てきます。
鯖の脂の乗り加減も大したものでしかもほとんど臭みがありません。
鯵のフライもサクサクフワフワに仕上がっておりまして、
家内も「あ～これが本当の鯵のフライなんだね♪」と喜んでおりました♪
私はご飯を中サイズで家内は小サイズで頼んだのですが、
とにかくおかずが美味しいので思さずご飯が進むんですよｗ
ですから大人の男性でしたら大サイズでも大丈夫かも知れませんね。
味噌汁には仙台味噌が使われてますが、出汁はあまり感じられません。
味噌汁には大きな麩が入っていますが、これも仙台のお麩ですねｗ
私達の隣の席には８０過ぎくらいかと思える老夫婦が先に来ており、
鶏の唐揚げ定食と豚の生姜焼き定食を大盛ご飯でペロリと平らげ
我らも含めて周囲のお客さんをビックリさせてましたね ＾ｗ＾

Last time, I felt that the overall taste was lacking, but this time, the grilled mackerel was especially good♪ I visited a little later in the lunch time, and the guidance to my seat was a little awkward. I wonder if it was (^_^;) You can choose large, medium or small size rice for the set meal here, but unless you are very old, I think it is better to eat inside. The set meal comes with pickled Chinese cabbage and miso soup, but I thought the Chinese cabbage was pickled in a chemical solution, but the miso soup was probably Sendai miso, and it was very delicious♪ The salmon harrasu was quite fatty, making it a good side dish for rice. I had some doubts as to what it would be like, but the mackerel piece had an excellent amount of salt, so I was convinced that it was a good choice! I think I will visit again if this happens ♪
