元々は向陽高校のお向かいにあったお店が
和駅東口へ移転されてから早3年以上か、な?
さぁさぁお初でいただきます♪
店内は安心のノーゲス
テーブルが2席ありますが、
メインカウンターにてお品書きを、ば。
5種類の味がありますが、
デフォの牛すじとキノコカレーと
里芋とオクラの和風キーマの
あいがけ1,000円をお願い
デフォの牛すじは4番目の辛さ
（いちばん辛いのは5番目）で
まぁまぁ覚悟してたんですが、
スパイス感と粒々食感のバランスも良く
全然気にならずにいただけました♪
丸くてかわいい里芋がコロンと入り
オクラのドローンがライスに絡むのが
『キーマ』だったのでもっと肉々しい
タイプを想像してましたが、それが
少なかったのが意外でした。
秀逸なのが盛り付け方！
ライスが中央を分断する障壁となり、
互いの侵入を防ぎ混ざらない工夫がイイね♪
交互に食べ進めましたが、途中から
4辛の実力が現首筋に汗がタラァ〜
じんわり感じる辛味ですが相対的には
マイルディに仕上がってるので
辛いのが苦手な方でもご心配なく
食後のデザートはフォンダンショコラに、
オーナー姐さんのイチオシオススメ、
フレンチトーストをガッツリと、
コーヒーブレイクで仕上げです♪
