今回は、南海和歌山市駅、キーノ和歌山内にある、丈六さんへ〜。
普段は、和歌山では珍しい高井田風中華そばを頂けるんですが、2024年3月中は1日限定10杯「ラーメンWalker」持参者にのみ提供されるあの逸品をいただくことに〜。
その逸品は、今や夏の終わりの定番となった「紀州・冷し」の温かいVersionの「紀州」。
着丼し、梅の香る塩出汁に紀州みかん鶏のチャーシュー、南高梅がトッピングされ、清涼感あふれる一杯に〜。コレに合わせる細麺との相性抜群。これはやはめちゃめちゃウマいです〜。
サクッと麺を完食し、付属の〆飯を注文〜。
この〆飯にも南高梅が1つ追加され、最後はお茶漬けのようにさらっと〆ます〜。
サクッと頂きサラッと完食〜。
めちゃめちゃウマかったです〜。
