行きました。
フランス職人のお店と言うレトロな看板に惹かれました。
適当に気になったものを購入しました。
店内は地元のおじいちゃんおばあちゃんで賑わっています。
おじいちゃんやおばあちゃんがフランスパンを食べるのでしょうか？
フランスパンて固いよね。
店内には釣り好きの店主が釣ってきたであろうヤイトハタの魚拓がありました。
明太フランスを食べました。
おじいちゃんがいっぱいいたので、油断して噛み付くと、まぁまぁ普通に硬いフランスパンでした。
そのせいで、明太子のとこまでたどり着けず。
しかし、小麦の香りが鼻に抜ける心地よさ生地も硬さの中に腰があり、おいしいパンでした。明太子の中にはバターが練り込まれていて、パンとの相性も抜群です。よく考えたらたらこスパゲティーにバター入れるよね。
1つ食べただけでおいしいとわからせるなかなかレベルの高いパンでした。
しかし、おじいちゃんたちも、本当にこれを食べているのだろうか。
