広島焼きのねぎ焼きを注文したところ、これがたいへん美味かった。
これまで、あまりいい印象のなかった広島焼きが好きになった♪
ねぎ焼きは、千円ちょっと。写真は持ち帰り用のもの。
大量のねぎに、スジ肉・こんにゃくなどが入っている。チーズのトッピングをした。
重ね焼きで火入れしたねぎの甘味が旨かった。腹八分目の容量だったのもよかった。
エビ・生イカ・イカ天（豚・たまご×２・ソバ）１０５０円＋ネギ１６０円
きれいに仕上げられているので小さく見えたが、分厚くて内容量がある。腹一杯になった。
イカ天は、パリッとしていると思っていたが、これは見込み違いで、食感が自分には合わなかった。
地域密着型のお店で、お客も多い。広島で修業されたご主人が焼いてくれる。大量の野菜や具を丁寧に仕上げてくれるので、見ていても気持ちがよかった。
