夕刻早い時間にお邪魔しました。
注文は、赤いサムギョプサル、ニラチヂミ、牛の心臓の刺身等をいただきました。
まず、刺身はコリコリして臭みもなく、美味しいです。
チヂミは、パリパリで量も丁度よく生地にしっかり味が着いてよかった。
続いて目当てのサムギョプサルですが、焼いてくれる店員さんが忙しかったのか、チヂミを先に焼いてくれていたからか、客は別に一組だったのですが、出てくるのが非常に遅かったように思います。
ただ、あとから来た客には同じものを早く出していたので、私どもだけが遅いのはちょっと手違い？などがあったようで、常の状態ではないようですので安心してください。^_^
それに味は、辛味も優しい野菜たっぷりの肉はジューシーで美味しかったです。
店員さんが丁寧に焼いてくれ、食べ方も説明してくれました。^_^
次回は、ホルモン鍋などを注文したいとリピートを考えております！
ひとつ、難点なのは、韓国の焼肉店をイメージしたドラム缶テーブルにパイプ椅子は、食べ辛いし、お尻が痛いです。もしそこに案内されたら奥のテーブルが良いと言った方が無難だと思います。
腰痛持ちには、ツライです。
