以前「心」というお店があったところに、新しく紫陽花というお店ができました。
心はお昼の定食が結構魅力的で、よく通ったものです。結構込んでいただけに閉店が残念でした。その後しばらく別のお店が入り、その後この紫陽花ができたみたいです。
土曜日の11時半頃に訪問。駐車場には車がポツポツ。女性の店員さんが丁寧に対応なさっていて、以前のお店そのままの内装。
１階座敷に通されました。お昼の定食を注文。すぐに運ばれてきたのが先付け。前菜。カルパッチョ風の刺身、揚げ物｛天ぷら）、茶碗蒸しが程なく出てきました。懐石風ですがいっぺんに出てきたので、あついものをあつく食べられないのが残念でした。
味はそこそこ、雰囲気はゆっくりできてよかったです、ただ残念なことには，前の店を知っているだけに同じ雰囲気のお店で、前よりもパフォーマンスの悪いものが出てくると「う～ん」となってしまうのは仕方ないことですね。
飲食業は難しいと感じました、とはいえ結構繁盛している様子です。
経営学的に考察したらおもしろいお店だと思います。
