ゴールデンウィークに訪問。当店は和歌山の名店［うらしま］のお弟子さんの店と聞いて訪問。阪和道の和歌山南インターから15分くらいで到着。先客10人の行列でした。店は昼時2時15分のみと短いスパン。30分前到着で自分の後の5人目で売り切れ。しかも、ご飯はとっくに売り切れということでした。
中華そば大の肉ましを注文。スープはうらしま系ながら若干ライト目。スープのザラザラ感は弱目というわけでうらしま好きからは若干物足りない。麺はうらしまより細麺。麺とスープはいい感じです。チャーシューは肉ましは自分には不要かな。結構入っています。スープが温めなので脂のとろとろ感が弱くなります。全体的にはうらしまをライトにした感じでした。
しかし、今どき中華そばは５００円とは助かりますねー
